Before you start

A few useful answers.

Does Arctex publish to property portals automatically?

No. You can prepare copy and listing data for your publishing workflow. Portal Assistant supports form autofill, with review and submission remaining in your hands. Direct Property24 and Private Property feeds are awaiting approval.

Does it post directly to Instagram or Facebook?

Social Studio creates a 1080 × 1350 portrait graphic plus caption and hashtags. Download the PNG and copy the text to publish through your own social account.

Can I use it on my phone?

You can use the web app on mobile to work on listings. The Capture and Portal Assistant extensions are for desktop Chrome.

Does AI change the property photograph?

No. Social Studio crops your selected photo to fit the design. AI helps draft the wording; you review the property facts and copy before publishing.

What happens after the free trial?

Property Studio Pro is R299/month for an individual login. Online billing is still being completed during private beta. Contact Arctex through Support / Feedback to arrange continuation and manual account activation.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Yes. Subscription cancellations, photography rescheduling and refund eligibility are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
